Mesothelioma is a rare form of fatal cancer associated with asbestos exposure. In most cases, however, 20 to 30 years elapse between the time a person was exposed to asbestos and the time he or she contracts the disease. The amount of exposure can be as little as one would receive from having a summer job at a plant that had asbestos pipe coverings or from washing the clothes of someone who worked around asbestos. If you have ever worked at Granite City Steel, Laclede Steel, Monsanto, Olin Corporation, Anheuser Busch, Shell Oil or any powerhouse, plant or factory that had high-pressure steam lines, you have been exposed to asbestos in one form or another. If you or a loved one have been diagnosed with mesothelioma, it was this exposure that probably caused the disease.

The truly sad thing about this deadly disease is that it was preventable. Many companies that produced asbestos products knew that asbestos was deadly. Even with this knowledge, though, they continued to produce the deadly products for the sake of profit.

Many attorneys claim that they are asbestos attorneys capable of handling mesothelioma cases, when in reality they are nothing more than case brokers. They sign up the case and then make a deal with a different firm.

At Law Offices of Bosslet & O'Leary, you can be assured that when you hire us as your attorneys, we will be the ones handling it from start to finish. We won't have to hire any outside attorneys, who don't know you or your file, to come in the weekend before trial to handle your case. And, if you ever have questions about your case, you will be speaking directly with the trial attorneys.

If you or a loved one have been diagnosed with mesothelioma, please give us a call at 1-800-634-6648.
